Culture Workers Education Center is grass roots, and in the process of raising our first annual budget through the support of foundations, public agencies, partnerships, and individuals who believe in our work. We welcome your support!

We are sensitive to the complex and systemic issues that exist within nonprofit and philanthropic organizations, as well as the larger culture industry. CWEC strives to organize ourselves and our work in new, alternative, and creative ways. We practice people-centered budgeting, and believe that no aspect or percentage of a person’s labor should be considered overhead or non-essential to the operation of a program or organization.
